FRSC Recruitment Requirements 2025

Applicants are required to meet specific qualifications and adhere to strict guidelines:

• Applicants must be Nigerians by birth.
• Minimum age of 18 years old and a maximum age of 30 years (35 years for medical doctors and vehicle drivers).
• Applicants must provide a certificate of medical fitness from a recognised government hospital.
• Male applicants must have a minimum height of 1.68 metres, while females must be at least 1.64 metres tall.
• Male applicants must have a fully expanded chest measurement of at least 0.67 metres.
• Tattoos or other permanent body markings are not allowed.
• Applicants must have good character and no criminal record.
• Candidates must be free from financial embarrassment.
• Pregnant women are not eligible to apply.
• All applicants must be physically and mentally fit.
• At least 3 to 5 credits in SSCE/GCE (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB), including English Language and Mathematics.
• A first degree, HND, or equivalent qualifications.
• Double qualifications (e.g., RN & RM) or certifications in Accident & Emergency Nursing, Paediatrics, Anaesthetics, Orthopaedics, Radiography, etc., are advantageous.
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
• Medical and allied professionals must hold valid practising licences.
• Lawyers must have been called to the Nigerian Bar.
• Drivers and riders must possess valid national driver’s licences appropriate to their vehicle class.
• Computer literacy and a valid driver’s licence are added advantages for all positions.
