FRIN Recruitment Requirements

To qualify for the Provost position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must hold at least the rank of Principal Research Fellow or Senior Lecturer.
• Must be registered members of relevant professional bodies.
• Proven ability to provide academic and administrative leadership.
• Evidence of at least four (4) additional publications in reputable journals.
• Presentation of three (3) conference or seminar papers since their last promotion.
• Provosts will serve a single, non-renewable term of five (5) years.

FRIN Recruitmenr Method of Application 2025

Applicants for national project staff roles are required to submit their applications online by visiting www.frin.gov.ng.

However, the submission requirements for provosts is different. Applicants are to submit 10 typewritten copies of a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV), including contact details such as telephone numbers and email addresses. A soft copy of the CV on a flash drive is also required.

All applications must be labeled “Application for the Position of College Provost” (with the specific College clearly indicated) and addressed to:
